Three little words, Piazza delle Vettovaglie, born from a local’s tip off, inspired onefinestay. We believe you can live like a local, so much so that we let you stay in their home. A home from home, and accommodation that goes beyond somewhere to sleep, is onfinestay’s philosophy.

We bring a characterful adventure to the hungry traveller. We promise to offer the services you would expect from a normal hotel, with the comforts of a real home. We call it the unhotel.

Nostalgic for The Grand Tour, we travel for the sake of curiosity. We have created something that will arouse your senses and enlighten the soul. If you’ve come to see the lions, wear fur and lie down with them.
