This is Szandi. She’s our lovely Home Services Manager in London, and that’s a job more difficult than Tetris Level 19. So it’s a good thing we’ve got her, because she is wonderfully organised and a true queen of scheduling, making sure every home is ship-shape for our guests’ arrivals and our members’ returns.

I don’t prefer anything with tea leaves, herbal only.. the fruitier the better..

I don’t have to tell you more than whatever happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas

What is your favourite spot in London which you wouldn’t find on a map? 

I moved to London two years ago, I’m afraid my favorite spots so far are all found on the maps…
