With the London pop-up burger scene starting to fade, it was only so long before a new humble foodstuff was elevated on to a pedestal of gastro greatness. These days hungry Londoners are crying out for fried chicken and hot dogs. We gave a heads up on the arrival of Bubbledogs a while back, so it was only a matter of time before the onefinestay team made it down to sample their wares.

The premise of the venue is quite straight forward; the menu consists of a selection of hot dogs ( pork beef or vegetable) along with varying toppings, plus an extensive champagne and cocktail menu. With a new take on the humble hot dog afoot, we dove straight in.
