Fattburger, London

As you may have noticed, here in London we’re particularly passionate about the humble but tasty burger. Competition turns to out and out burger war as Fattburger takes up residence in W1 at Soho pub the Sun and 13 Cantons. Created by two Michelin starred chefs, one of whom was previously head chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Maze grill in Mayfair, Fattburger combines deliciously aged beef with brioche buns – as well as unusual twists like the Korean kimchi burger. Yum.

Smorgasburg, New York

Every Saturday, Smorgasburg brings together food entrepreneurs from New York City and across the region. With over 100 vendors, you’ll be spoilt for choice and will certainly not be going hungry. We like the look of Anarchy in a Jar – jams, jellies and marmalade made in Brooklyn, and People’s Pops -  fresh ice pops from local fruits and herbs. Of course, there are much more substantial offerings too.
